I recognize Benson from performing everywhere last year, and actually didn't really know him before but massive stage presents, puts on a great show. Everyone loves Olivia Rodrigo obviously, Hozier is major like gunna be the best set, Glass animals I loved their latest album but live felt different. Mk.Gee, TPain, Mannequin Pussy all talked about. Sunday seems like a poppy night with Mark Ambor, Royal Otis, Claire, and Mt. Joy.
But obviously looking forward to seeing new artists and finding new music!
January Radio 2025 Alternative New Music
So radio songs are as always all classics or new music and loving the new music this year so far. the green songs are new ones this year and the teal and the blue is just new music that dominated 2024.

Ekoh will be doing a min tour, Bishop Briggs does a US tour this year, Sports Team does a couple UK spots, and Weathers does a decent sized US tour. obviously Linkin Park continues their international then runs back a US tour again. Jonah Karen tours as an opener, and Culture Wars opens for Maroon 5, kinda huge for a small act.

Top 20 songs of the month had lots of turn over from 2024 but makes sense since everyone is touring this year or doing festivals. Green Day international tour starts this year, Hozier doing every festival, Blink last year stadium tour, Sum41 last year, almost monday touring right now, Myles Smith touring, Offspring going international, Dexters touring, and Badflower and Beabadoobee has a couple dates lined up as well!
For the rest of the top 20, Mod Sun nothing announced yet, Judah & the Lion doing a run in April, Justice is going international for a huge run, The Wombats are currently on a Europe tour. Glass Animals are international at the moment then a couple festivals dates. Wilderado is doing a couple festivals, Franz Ferdinand is starting international then North America mini tour back to back. 311 is starting up a US tour again and Palaye Royale is continuing a hugeeee US tour and mini international tour.
