Victorias secret fashion show goes super internet with influencer takeover

 while snubbing former Victorias secret Angels Romee Strijd, Frida, Taylor hill, Barbara Palvin, and Lais, it is anticipated this up coming Victoria secret fashion show will be another influencer take over like last year.

notables include Kendall and the hadids, quen, gabriete, iris law, Chloe Kim, Gabriella mora . there has been a notable change in creative direction  for the show over the years since covid where the image feels less the unattainable tall thin model body and more of the ever women.

this might just be a change in marketing strategy by inviting influencers to the show and even in the show or interviews for the publicity. internet is everything right now with tikTok , trends and such.

the singers are tate mcrae, katseye, Megan the stallion and Megan Moroney . picking the girliest poppest singers that are hot right now in every genre I think lol. Tate was huge last year with every performance ever. 

Katseye's earlier stuff felt very pink branding but now with their latest album maybe more VS? hoodie fruit def feels very Brazilian annita-esque. Megan the stallion VS for sure and not sure about Moroney because I am so unfamiliar with country. 

based on the artists, I think the show is going toe geared toward a younger audience katseye feels super kids audience, tate maybe college  not sure about the megans. it just feels like Victoria's Secret is just now going all in on the brand change with this years show, we'll see how everything pans out!

This is so sad to see how they’re treating previous OG Victoria’s Secret angels! Tejas reject them even after them going to the New York casting calls they just said they don’t want them anymore!   edited: So after hearing a iHeartradio host and whole radio program name-call and make fun a fanbase post show this whole concert thing just doesn't really feel right anymore.  I understand sticking up for your place of work because of upset fans and wanting to have a conversation about settimes and lineups but as the host stated himself, there was an agreed upon contract between BTS and iHeart.  Going on an onair rant about a fanbase and artist that iHeart has worked with for years feels unprofessional and with his cohosts just laughing along, agreeing with him is just mean.  Poking fun at an artists name not even trying to pronounce his name correctly multiple times, complaining about ARMY, telling them to suck it...It almost feels like there is still zero progress with how media in American media.  . . . . also ps, the hosts actively are dumbing down the concept of a variety show like viewers are unfamiliar, whilst billing and marketing the event as iHeart ...

what if BTS does headline Coachella 2027????

So like if BTS does headline coachella which honestly could be a thing and  maybe their setlist has to be similar to big bangs right? similar huge asian boyband whop have been around for 10 yrs so maybe not the same size catalog but huge at the moment.  Like so half group numbers and then a handful of their solo projects. Sabrina carpenter did about 25 songs and did 23 with is the exact song count as its tour right now but the length of show is like 2 hrs not the 1.5 headliners get at coachella I think,  BTS' top youtube songs are Dynamite, boys with luv, DNA, MIC Drop, IDOL, FAKE LOVE, Butter, Blood sweat tears, Save me, and Permission to dance.  or maybe similar to gaga where like a third of her setlist was her new album and all her hits. so like probably Body to Body, Swim, Normal, Holligan, FYA, 2.0, Aliens or like animals, tho I love come over too. so it'll be like their Gwanghwamun Square Setlist then with more throwbacks? it was an hour long then add in solos....

Sooooo I saw BTS Live in Concert!

 like coming in as a newbie the energy was crazy! even before hand everyone was just so positive around, the transition between songs was perfect.  because the concert was in the round it honest felt like great view for everyone, even with the catwalks at on every corner! truly put on a great show! I only maybe liked and knew Mic Drop and Boys with Luv . Of course butter and Dynamite I knew too from either from my time at radio or just award shows.  Going into the concert I liked studied for the show and their music and loved their songs Come Over and Animals even though it kinda sounds like a sad somber song. Of course after the Grammy thing Aliens was iconic like iconic.  Besides their new album their solo stuff is kinda impressive too, all different sounds and their voice tones really show as well and you can see their styles they choose for themselves. Top artists I saw each day at Coachella 2026

Day 1 Because I was week 1 didn't get to see Anyma live and sooo jealous it looked like a great set! Highlight of the day was Katseye for sure, Sabrina always has thrown a cute show, great voice. saw a little bit of Pawsa and Creepy Nuts after I left Sabrina to go walk around.  I do wish the wind didn't shut everything down but it happens, Creepy Nuts was such a vibe, and Quasar is always such a crazy fun stage.    Day 2 So during the day, Hamdi and Zulan were a great vibe, like latino vibe for sureeee, and the rest of the night was pure r&b.  Sombr is so talented for being such a young kid, great voice, would've to see him more alternative rather than pop but pop always likes to collect great voices.
