You really can hear from both the artists who they enjoy, how proud they are of their own work, as well as who the industry is proud of and who they are backing this year or last year.
And of course the fans!... as much as award shows have their own real or fake debates, fans are the engine to this whole thing, through listens, albums, merch, VIP packages, and live shows.
It's really cool seeing a fanbase pump up their artists and see where they started off at and then go on to do stadiums and crazy festivals.
