May Endcap Alternative and WMRQ

With how mainstream radio is and very classic media the spins all seem to be the same songs week after week...At least the artists, it's either one hit wonders or the same acts like a Green Day or Imagine Dragons, Hozier, Cage the Elephants, sum 41, Kings of Leon, Papa Roach and Twenty One Pilots. All these acts could all go touring btw.....if they are not they should.....Used to be radios would be flooded with songs of acts who tour and maybe still true not positive...

anyways, below are acts who you should check out, alternative rock guys, and I'll pull artists from WMRQ as well..I enjoy listening to new music and familiar music and artists just the same 10 songs over again

Above, these are just songs I enjoy from the Mediabase Alternative top play list. Like I said, a majority of the artists are those who have been around a while....Below are WMRQs top 25 played songs 5/30-5/31Similar songs on both lists...Similar artists on both lists...I know radio stations they want as many people to listen to the station as they can so there is an incentive to put all super well known acts and songs on all the time but there has to be people who enjoy finding new music as well...And this data was pulled 2 weeks from each other....I know bigger acts have more budget to push their songs out marketing wise but still.....

The WMRQ songs only 7 songs did not have overlap and they were sublime, Nirvana, foo fighters, Pearl Jam Presidents of USA and Powfu and krooked kings...Below are songs
